SHERMAN, Texas – The reigning SGN Music Awards Female Group of the Year Amazed has just renewed their contract with Southern Spin Entertainment.  The popular duo has signed on for another year of exclusive publicity from Southern Spin Entertainment.  Amazed will continue to have access to all media publications serviced by Southern Spin Entertainment, as well as marketing possibilities with the organization.

Tamie Perkins of Amazed said, “We can’t imagine our ministry without SSE behind us.  They have been such an asset to our ministry over the last couple of years.”

“You won’t find a sweeter group in Southern Gospel music than Amazed,” mentioned Amy Marie Unthank of SSE Group, Inc.  “These ladies are super talented and have a real heart for ministry.”

Amazed has had a great year in 2008.  The duo was awarded their first SGN Music Award in April of this year.  The group won Female Group of the Year and performed at the ceremony.

In addition, Amazed received two Diamond Award nominations this year.  The group was nominated for Duet of the Year (an award they won in 2005 and 2007) as well as Song of the Year (for their hit single “Even On Monday”).

The popular duo is currently in the planning stages of a new recording.  More information on that will be forthcoming.
