Beyond The Ashes

Anthony Facello is no stranger to Gospel music. The young singer has logged over 15 years on the road – singing and traveling with some of the Gospel music’s most recognized names like Mercy’s Mark, Heavenbound, and the Journeymen Quartet.

Anthony is joined on stage by two of most talented individuals in Gospel music – Justin Howard and Brian Alvey.

Each young man in the group brings an exuberant love, respect, and admiration for gospel music. Their lives are dedicated to reaching out with a fresh new zeal and passion for those who desire a closer relationship with the Lord.  Their musical style and diversity is richly grounded in southern gospel, tight harmonies, a rich blend and yet will cover several other styles and genres with one common denominator: it is music that speaks to the heart of the listener.

2nd Generation

For as long as they can remember Elaine and Brenda have been singing southern gospel music. As children, they would go to bed listening to a stack of records placed on the record player. They would fall asleep listening to the music of The Happy Goodman’s, Rambo’s, The Lanny Wolf Trio, Bill Gaither and many, many more. Southern gospel music runs deep in their roots and once southern gospel music gets in your bones, you are never the same!

Elaine, Brenda and Jimmy have each one been involved in music ministries within their local churches but always desired to be used of God in a greater capacity. Even with the success they’ve experienced, they felt something was missing. They had to follow the call that God placed on their lives many years ago. That calling was to sing and minister to people. To see lives and hearts changed. Now, these three voices have come together to continue what God has called them to do. Sing and minister.

Obsolete. To bewilder; perplex.
The dictionary definition of “amaze” seems to tell a great story.  It tells the story of two unlikely individuals who will eventually come together and start a ministry team together.

It truly is a great wonder how God can take two people whose stories have very little similarities and bring them together to form a ministry team that has as strong a spiritual and emotional bond as Amazed.
